the line going through the neck seems like a starting point.

The colors are very bright; I recommend toning down the brightness of the colors.

I suggest making the arms a little bit wider like this:
No offense, but your character’s arms are looking kinda skinny.

yeah that’s just cause on the actual avatar the arms are skinny
I think the colors are too bright. Also, the color in the background should be changed, as it kind of fights against the red in your avatar
