Update 8/15/2025
The problem that also stemmed from 8/7/2025 has been fixed but the profiles still can’t load, This profile issue has been going on for 9 days now for me.

I ran into a new problem where the same thing happens when I try to access my account info on just the Roblox application, and also yet again, the same issue doesn’t occur to the other person i mentioned in the original post. I have also found out that this bug is now applying to almost every page in settings that is an end of a section, basically there are no more inside divisions to lead to other uis.
I also think this bug might be extending to other places I may not have checked, also refer to extra info in original post.

This is a bug that only occurs in the app for me and it is pretty annoying, here is an example of this happening:
Also someone else I know said that they don’t get this bug but they are on mobile, im on PC, So I am not sure if that has anything to do with it. If I need to add more info to this please notify me.
OS: Windows 11
Graphics card: NVIDIA 4060

Expected behavior
I should be able to load a profile on the Roblox application without having to use my internet browser and use the website version instead.
