About Me
Hi there,
I’m Death_Defiance I’m a 17 year old computer enthusiast and I program here on roblox. I have been on roblox since 2012 and have been programming for approximately 3-4 years.
I am especially interested in the SCP:F Genre, and have been apart of it for 4-5 years, and have always been passionate about development in the genre, yet I would like to spread out and may be willing to try other genres if they arise and I find them interesting.
Since starting, I have built up my knowledge on programming and would say I am somewhat advanced, but there is always a lot to learn!
I am currently in the process of learning Metatables, and the implementation of Object Oriented Programming (OOP). I know some fundamentals of OOP, specifically from python where personally it is easier to implement. I am interesting in learning about this paradigm to further increase my knowledge on roblox development, and computer science in general.
I take passion in presenting my code in a presentable and easy to read way to allow others to access and utilise it.
Showcase
Inventory System
A simple inventory system I created which limits the number of hotbar tools to 5
Any excess tools are to be placed into the stored backpack as seen here, and items can be dragged in/out of the inventory by the player.
Intro scene & Team/Loadout selection
A intro UI with interactable buttons. The intro screen cycles through different cameras places around the game.
Team select UI implemented into the Main menu to allow a player to select a certain team based on groups and ranking within said groups.
A Loadout UI implemented within the Main Menu UI which allows a user to specify the items they are equipping for the team they have selected. Access to items on a per-team basis are handled by a module script, allowing both client and server side protection from exploiters.
Loadout Modules
An example of how my game gives armour, clothing, helmets and items to players based on their loadout and team selection. Armour and clothing has different uses such as varied bullet resistance.
An example of how the loadout module provides functionality to your equipment based on your selection in the loadout screen. Here it demonstrates the Night Vision Goggles attachment for the helmet which illuminates an area around the player and adds a green tint.
Affliction System
A system that can be used to break down damage into subclasses which better describe the damage taken. In this example, bleeding, physical damage and blood loss are all demonstrated, where blood loss is directly controlled by the rate of bleeding.
Name Tag script
A simple script that simply adds a name tag to everyone who joins the game, rank data depends on the team selected, and group relating to said team.
Currency System
Currency system, currency increments ever set duration and would increase your currency by a set amount each time.

I will likely continue to update my showcase with assets over time.
Availability
I am available for 1-2 hours on each week day, and 3-4 hours over the weekend due to my school schedule and other commitments I have.
Payment
Prices can be negotiated, and I prefer payment of robux for my assets, on a per-asset basis.
I request that you send me payment before the assets are sent so I don’t have to go through the hassle of developing a asset just for it to be stolen.
