Here’s what the animator looks like:

Basically this project stemmed from “I’ve never had fun animating, much less used an intuitive animator” so I decoded to keep working on making mine better and better until I could say I now have fun animating. It’s simple, reliable, and easy to use. You can guess most of the controls by looking at the buttons, but I did leave more room on the board for other options. If you think of any ideas I don’t have on here yet let me know. Currently not releasing to the public but I wanted to share what I’ve been working on. It’s hard to see in the pictures but I already have tweening functions and delay times.

Are the poses each frame…?

I have KeyFrames. It interpolates between them using whichever tweening function I assign.
