Properly Funding a Horror Game

This my first forum post so bear with me if it’s a bit scattered!

I’m in the process of creating a horror game. The map is 85% done, and the storyline is 100% complete. Now I’m gearing up to bring it to life.

My dilemma is figuring out how I should properly hire a scripter. With the game’s foundation set and it being a horror/story game, should I commission them or bring them on full time?

Understanding the skill and effort involved in scripting, especially for a horror/story game, I want to make sure I’m fairly paying the scripter. I’m thinking of starting at a minimum of 20,000 Robux and keeping the pay around that range.

Also, I’ve attached some early development pictures of the project. Let me know your thoughts!

Depends, if you are going to have updates frequently, hire them full time. If you just need to make it work, with no updates, pay them a commission

For price ranges, im not the guy to know much, but if you want to pay them a percent (if you pay them full time) make sure they get enough, cuz if the game has 10 concurrent players, that’s nothing
