I was designing GUI for my game when I dragged the properties tab to the middle. It went fullscreen and I cannot drag or move it. Closing and re-opening studio does not fix the issue. Closing and re-opening the game does not fix the issue. Going into the view tab and closing and re-opening the properties window does not fix the issue.
