Properties Window Doesn't Clear

I do not have anything selected:

And when I try to select something:

It’s acting as if I have a ParticleEmitter selected. I do not. This started after today’s update. Restart only fixes very temporarily. I can replicate this 100%.

I am not able to replicate the bug, have you tried to reset your studios layout via quick open commands? Ctrl + P>Reset View

I keep getting this, seems that it happens after deselecting something after tabbing out of studio, using a plugin, or opening another widget, it persists, can sometimes still edit it, really annoying.

I can reproduce this in the following order:

  • Open the animation editor, it prompting me to select a rig
  • Select a valid rig using the Explorer
  • The editor should load, and the rig should have the selection Highlight still applied
  • Close the animation editor and see the Properties panel

This bug occasionally occurs to me as well. You can get rid of this bug for now by selecting the thing you’ve previously selected and then deselect. It might also work if you select everything in your workspace which might contain the object of the frozen properties.
