Properties window title does not update name

Incredibly minor bug, but a bug nonetheless. Changing the name of an instance will not update the title of the properties window if the instance is selected. As you can see, the title of the window still says “ItsAMeMario” even though I changed the part’s name to “YayForMeLuigi”.

Very easy to reproduce. Just select any instance and change the instance’s name. It does not have to be changed from the properties window.

This isn’t a bug, you have to deselect the part and reselect it for the properties window’s name to change.

Even if it’s not a bug, it’s unexpected behavior.

Yes it is?

I mean I’d naturally assume that the expected behavior of that window would be to update its name whenever it is updated.
