Reproduction Steps
When opening a dropdown, if you try using your scrollwheel it will scroll the entire window
Expected Behavior
The window should not scroll when a dropdown is open
Actual Behavior
It scrolls and it shouldnt

Workaround
Use the arrow keys instead
