Property window scrolling with dropdown menu

Reproduction Steps

When opening a dropdown, if you try using your scrollwheel it will scroll the entire window

Expected Behavior

The window should not scroll when a dropdown is open

Actual Behavior

It scrolls and it shouldnt

Workaround

Use the arrow keys instead

We’re working on a new Explorer and Properties panel that will be rebuilt from the ground up.
I’m closing this ticket because we won’t fix this in the current version, but instead address it in the new Properties panel.
