Hey! I made this game prototype in about 1 day. It’s worth it to work further on it? Would you play a game like this?
Game Link: (6) WIP - Testing - Roblox
Thanks

The game’s idea is good, but for now, I can’t leave the spawn area because the apparent kill bricks are invisible. You should include animations for the UI at the top, and I like that you respawn instantly.

You need to press on the bottom button to see the kill parts
Oh then yeah, it’s a very good obby idea.
Hello catalinprooo,
At first glance the idea seems interesting, but it has to be reasoned out how to avoid the game becoming a loop:
This would annihilate the fun after a while in my opinion, because all it does is complicate the game by adding an extra ‘button-pushing’ step, making the ‘running’ that one usually does in an obby more frustrating. Because unless one remembers exactly the position of the obstacles (but even then there is the question of character sizing), the obby experience becomes slow.
Let me know if you have thought of any ideas to overcome this, maybe a constructive discussion will arise.
That’s a very interesting note, iScream. My very first thought when creating the game was to give the player a more “to do” thing instead of letting him go through the obby normally. Adding a keybind wouldn’t not really help since it’s practically the same thing so I will have to rethink the function of the button in this prototype game.
