ProximityPrompt line of sight ignore list

As a Roblox developer, it is currently too difficult to fully leverage the power of proximity prompt’s line of sight feature.

To make line of sight function correctly, developers either have to ensure the position of the prompt is unobscured, or make a compromise to disable CanCollide/CanQuery on parts colliding with its position.

If Roblox is able to address this issue, developers would not have to resort to creative workarounds and have more control over when their prompts show.

In the following video I have my prompts parented to a lamp. In order for line of sight to function correctly I would have to make the entire lamp non collide. I like how the prompt is positioned in the center of the lamp, if I wanted to keep it collidable I’d have to move the position of the prompt out to the front or top of it.

I do think that the current behaviour is too limiting and almost forces you to use other methods to handle this behaviour
