ProximityPrompt.Triggered not firing after I die

I’m trying to make a checkpoint system using proximity prompts for a RPG game which is confidential.

I can’t show code sadly but has anyone come across in an issue like this?

Basically my main issue is that it triggers when I’m alive but when I reset, it doesn’t.

But I do get this very strange error saying(I’ve realized it is not the cause of my main issue):

“RunService:UnbindFromRenderStep removed different functions with same reference name utility-focus-state-inspect-Violet_sheer 2 times.”

Still haven’t found solution lol

It was just the studio I was working in, I used a different one, it worked completely fine.
