PS4/5 Crash on Teleportation

  1. Load Title on PS4/PS5 [QA] Basketball - Roblox
  2. Use Teleport between leagues
  3. Crash occurs 3 out of 10 times

We cannot debug this properly and see if it’s engine or something with the experience itself. Please also refer to the video attached

Hi, could you reupload your video of the crash happening and could you link the client log when the crash happens? Thank you!

Hi.

Can you please tell me how can we share the logs to you? We can’t interact with the developer console on PS4/PS5 because of bug Debugging on PlayStation is impossible . Also we cannot record other logs because we do not have a devkit PS4/PS5.

Hi - this seems a duplicate of Crash during teleportation between ingame locations on PS4/PS5

Just letting you know that we have these tracked and our staff are actively trying to reproduce this, closing this for now and we will update in that thread!
