PS5 Lag spikes to 0 FPS randomly

I have been getting many reports of PS5 players on my game saying they’re experiencing extreme lag spikes, I have also recieved multiple clips of this by different players. This seems to be only a issue on PlayStation since I haven’t experienced it on XBOX personally and haven’t gotten any reports of it.
I don’t have a PS5 so I can not test it out myself.

Hi frankii,

A couple of questions:

  1. Can you please provide me with a link to the game?
  2. Do players recover from the lag spike? Are they stuck at a slow FPS when this happens?
  3. Does Roblox eventually for these players?

Players are saying that they usually recover and the FPS goes back up to normal but sometimes the game will freeze for up to a minute and then crash.
