Hello, I am curious on if public UGC allows the creation of UGC limiteds by public UGC members. Does anybody know the answer to this?
Normally, yes, after that I have never created a UGC so I don’t know. But I think you can create limited UGC.

Pretty sure the answer is yes, but it’s not worth doing. You’ll get charged an arm and a leg.
