“Publish as Plugin…” or publish as local plugin options do not appear in the context menu.
I believe the context menu is too long to display all the options. My laptop is 15 inch screen

Hi. Scaling is set to 150%, and resolution to 1920 x 1080
Thanks for that. We will look at doing something different with the context menu to make it more friendly to lower resolution screens. Possibly hiding disabled items or creating submenus or something. For now all I can offer are workarounds:
a) Change scaling to 100% temporarily to use the item
b) Add “Publish as Plugin” action to your quick access menu in the ribbon. You’ll be able to use this item just like from the context menu - select the item from the explorer and press “Publish as Plugin” button thats in the quick action bar.
