i’ve been unable to publish my progress for almost a week.
This keeps on happening
My game size is only 25 Mb.

I have two questions for you.
1- Did you try publishing your progress to another game? or perhaps saving it as a new one
2- Does the error occur when you try to publish a different game too?

i tried everything but the same error keeps occurring.
I also have another workplace that sometimes publishes normally but the rest of the time it gets the same error.

Try reinstalling studio then try again
if that doesn’t fix it then try downloading a copy of the game you’re trying to publish,
open the copy and try publishing your game through it
this may work because downloading a copy is making a totally new game and as you said it sometimes publishes changes from other workplaces.
