Publish New Game menu in dark mode has multiple color theme problems

In dark mode in the Publish New Game menu, UI placement and colors are strange or broken.

This is found under the Publish New Game menu.
Go to the screen as if you are about to publish a new game:

For example, the red banners can be found under the Access page, with “Fill each server as full as possible” or “Allow VIP Servers” enabled.

These are all mostly issues with roblox studio dark mode, as you see it is normal text here:
