i have this error when trying to open a file my friend sent me, can you help me with this.
I had this error before so i asked for help at the roblox support cause im not familiar yet at the dev forum. But this what they sent me: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203552894. Or because your friend is the publisher of the game so you can’t update the game unless its a group game.
Hello! So I see the problem and this has happened to me before, I reloaded studio and tried opening the file by double clicking after studio reload then eventually it opened the place and loaded but if this same issue happens again I suggest you contact roblox support.
