Message is backwards. Should say Published "[Dev] Pet Simulator 99" to "[Dev] Trading Plaza" in Roblox, but you are still editing "[Dev] Pet Simulator 99".

The above message comes when you publish as (your current place), which is Z to a place X in game Y. By doing this the contents in the place X in game Y will be replaced by contents in the place Z (the one you are currently in).
The message can get confusing when the game name and place name is same. Hope this helps!
