Publishing AND Saving in Roblox Studio Automatically Moderates Place (& Assets)

(THIS IS A CRITICAL ISSUE AND SEEMS TO BE IMPACTING EVERYONE)

Context

TLDR: Publishing AND saving a place any type of asset including games in Roblox causes it to be automatically “moderated” with no accompanying warnings at all.

Additionally, I tried publishing a blank baseplate… and it gets moderated automatically for no reason shown in the figures below (Figures 1-4).

Moreover as shown in Figure 5, I cannot open a moderated place (which is a blank baseplate) via TeamCreate.

I presuppose this was automated and not taken down by a human being.

Time of Occurrence: Approximately 4:50 PM CST (Nov. 4th, 2025)
End?: ~8:00 PM CST (Nov. 4th, 2025)

Please do not publish (or save) any type of asset at this time as it would get immediately moderated and taken down.

If you already did publish/save, ensure you save the game as a local file since you may not be able to access it via cloud again (for TeamCreate).

AT TIME OF WRITING: The issue DOES NOT seem to be fully fixed although the Roblox Status states it is.

Current issue(s) as of right now: Experience still gets moderated under groups (but seems to be working for individual user accounts on my end and others)

Reproduction

1. Create a blank baseplate in Studio
2. Publish the blank baseplate into any game
3. The game gets automatically moderated

Expected v. Actual

• Expected: Place should not be automatically moderated immediately upon publishing, especially a blank baseplate
  • Actual: Place gets moderated automatically and becomes unavailable.
• Expected: When a place gets moderated, the user should be informed why the place was moderated (or in other words, the warn pop-up)
  • Actual: No reason is provided.

Vouch, just hopped on studio and tried to load up my project I’m working on, its stuck on loading infinitely. When I try to access it through its experience page it says unavailable.
