Staff Rules and Guidelines
All Staff
- Using grammar is mandatory at all times. Not following this rule multiple times may lead to a warning.
- Always stay professional and polite. Not following this rule may lead to a warning.
- Do not hint that you deserve a promotion. This may lead to a demotion.
- When warning rule-breaking customers, use a general category. For example, if someone is trolling and says “
i want bananas,” give them a warning for trolling, not for asking for bananas.
Not following this rule multiple times may lead to a warning. - If you leave the group, we will NOT restore your rank upon return after two weeks (excluding certain cases).
- You must contact an SR if you will not be active for more than one week. If you do not, you may be demoted for inactivity.
- Do not ask for donations. This will lead to a warning.
- Always follow all rules of the Roblox TOS.
MR+
- Admin abuse is not tolerated. It will lead to a temporary suspension.
- Do not kick people unless they get 3 or more warnings.
- Do not overuse commands such as
:h. This counts as admin abuse. - When creating a shout, make sure that it is more important than the old one. If the old one is outdated, you may replace it.
Consequences
Refusal to follow our staff rules can lead to the following consequences:
No Suspensions
Three warnings & additional broken rule - 3 day suspension
One Suspension
Two warnings & additional broken rule - 3 day suspension
Two Suspensions
One warning & additional broken rule - Demotion
One Demotion
Two warnings & and additional broken rule - Blacklisted
Warning - A simple warning to stop problematic behavior. Not a big deal.
Suspension - Your rank will be removed for a certain amount of time. Afterwards, your rank will be restored.
Demotion - You lose your rank, and must work to get it back.
Blacklisted - You are permanently banned from getting a staff rank at Puppy Diner.

| Exploiting/Hacking | Blacklisted |
