Push notifications pop-up when notifications are enabled

Hello, everyone! Today I detected a bug regarding notifications:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to any part of the Roblox website (for example, in a game page).
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to the Notifications tab.
  4. Enable desktop notifications.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Go back to the other Roblox tab in your browser.

IMPORTANT:

This bug might not occur if you have already enabled push notifications and then if you disable them and enable them again.

Result:

This thing appears on the top of your screen after you enable notifications:

I use:

  • Browser: Opera GX
  • Device: Dell Inspiron 15 3000
  • OS: Windows 10 Home 1909 18363.778
