What is a ban pool? Is this players that have exploited before?

If I use this, then I’m going to have to trust that you don’t do anything bad with it. Also, many people have tried to do this before.

Even with a link to the product games shouldn’t trust it. They have no explanation on how players are added to this “banpool” and are asking developers to just trust them blindly. Furthermore, developers should just aim to code their own solutions to deal with people who exploit their game.
