When it says the first five badges are free is that permantly for one game or is it per day?
It’s for one game.
These are badges you create though, not the number awarded. I’m not aware of any limit on the number that can be earned by players.

Is it five per day or five permanently also this isnt for how much you can get its for how much you can make
You can create 5 per game for free, for eternity.
You can change the details design etc afterwards, but only 5 free badges per game. After that I think they are 100 Robux each to create.
So if you wanted 6 badges the 6th would cost you.
