Hello, I’m not sure which other category to ask this on, so I’m going to ask it here, sorry if it isn’t the right category.
My brother recently released a game, and hopes that he’ll be able to earn enough revenue to be able to use DevEx once he turns 13. Something I’m wondering about is, if your account is under 13, and you do make game revenue, will that count towards being able to use DevEx? Or will he need to earn it over again.
So, what I’m basically asking is, if you make revenue while you’re under 13, will that count towards being able to use DevEx, or will you need to earn it all over again once your account is 13+?

I honestly have no idea, but I don’t see why he couldn’t DevEx his earnings.

I mean it clearly states on the page where you DevEx, you must be over 13+ in order to DevEx on the platform with other requirements that your brother needs to qualify for.
Yes, if you do make revenue under 13, you will be able to count that towards DevEx when he is 13 or older.
Also, hope your brother does well with his game and save up for his future!

If someone has made a game at the age of 12 that makes enough money to use DevEx every month then hats off to that kid.
It took me years before I learned how to make enough revenue to DevEx

When you make a Roblox game you can only get robux from the game and not real money. You get this robux even when you are not 13+. You can only redeem the robux to real money useing DevEx when he is 13+ due to the Roblox and DevEx rules. If he gets robux from a game before he is 13+ he can redeem it when he is 13+ even thought he got it when he was not 13+. May I also remind you that you can only redeem the robux when you have 100,00 robux so it’s very unlikely he will get that much if he is under 13+ as you have to do advertising and more.
To answer your question yes he can redeem the robux using DevEx that he got when he was under 13 when he becomes 13+.
