Question about DMCA

Let’s say we have three users: @Player1, @Player2 and @Player3

@Player1 made an audio that is protected by copyright.

Then, @Player2 downloaded that audio, uploaded it to Roblox and published it to the Creator Store under their account.

@Player3 got that audio from the Creator Store and used it in their game.

Question: If @Player1 filed a DMCA takedown, will @Player3 get terminated because he used that copyrighted audio in their game? Or will the audio uploader (@Player2) get terminated only?

The same as in the other post where we talked about copyrighted images.
You’re the one responsible for publishing it in your game and it’s illegal so you’d get shut down.
