Okay so I don’t know if this could get me banned or even get me into way more trouble than just getting banned… There is something called CodeWalker for GTA5, in that way you can extract basically everything that is in the gta map… now i have a question im tryna make a hood game and i would like to extract the davis area and use that as a map. But im not sure if that will get me banned or even in a lawsuit or whatever can happen… I have seen other games use GTA5 models without even trying to cover it up, these games are making money which I plan to also do… So is it ok to use gta5 map area or not?

Well it is not. Using other game’s textures could cause a DMCA problem and can get you banned. The games you saw with those models probably had hand-made models, not something stolen.

Okay, well im pretty sure the game I saw did use gta5 models but its ok, thanks for your answer guess i will have to do the work myeslf
