Question About UGC DoubleSided

hello, I’m creating a hat to apply for UGC Catalog and to lower it to 1200 verts and 4000 tringles my plan was to make the UGC made from only one faces and then turn on DoubleSided option for the mesh in Roblox to not make the hat invisible from the inside.

but after looking at others UGC from the catalog from what I understand they don’t use “MeshParts”, all of the UGC are from normal “Parts” and inside of the part is a “SpecialMesh” with a mesh id…

my problem is its not possible to turn on DoubleSided option if I use a part and a “SpecialMesh” inside it, is there a possible way to make the hat visible from both sides without extruding the hat faces?

Have you found out anything about this?

Duplicate the mesh in the blender, and invert the faces on the duplicate.
Then join the meshes together. (CTRL + J)
