If another group created a gamepass or developer product, and players purchased them in my owned game (the game is not created by the group), could the group still receive 70% of the price or just 60% because 10% is the commission of me? Will the profit to the group also changed if the creator is not premium player?
If im not mistaken the 10% commission is only for roblox created items. Not items created by users such as shirts game passes etc. The group would receive the full 70%. And yes if you do not have premium you will only get 10% of the entire sale
Not sure if there are commission on Developer Products but gamepass, my non premium friend received 10% commission from selling Kohl Admin Donation in his game.
Just gonna grab this quick solution. Any gamepass or developer product purchased will stand out as pending sales which is a 3-5 day process. A 30% takeaway will be taken from the person selling these products and instead they will get the remaining 70%. If a Developer product or gamepass is linked to a game that’s linked to a group it will go directly to the group closing funds. If a game is owned by a player and it isn’t linked to a group by any means it will go directly to the person with a 30% takeaway.
Not group game, it is a individual game owned by a person but the gamepass and developer products are from the group.
Can you show me an example?
In that case, I would say it would go directly to the group since the game pass and developer products are linked with it. Although I’m quite uncertain how a game could be owned by a person and revenue doesn’t go directly to them.
Also being a premium player does not affect your revenue income. You do however get a separate amount of Robux every month for being a premium member as you should know.
