Question on Mesh Properties(Blender)

I want to know if adding transparency and neon is possible in Blender or if you are supposed to export parts separately, here is a reference picture:

When responding if you know can you explain steps to achieving this? If it involves texturing a model do you have any other way you don’t have to texture?

Material properties like transparency, reflection, etc. don’t carry over to Roblox. You’ll have to export the associated parts separately and change their properties inside Roblox Studio.

For easier importing-exporting you could export all neon parts together but that would only be suitable if all parts stay idle (relatively).

You could alternatively export the objects as .fbx files, which automatically splits the mesh based on which objects you have separated in the file
