In the past couple of weeks, several games of mine have been getting their questionnaire incorrectly flagged for being inaccurate. Even after making changes to the game and retaking the questionnaire, the questionnaire continues getting incorrectly flagged which makes me think this process is automated. I’ve been having to check my messages daily to see if any of my games (I have several) got their questionnaire flagged which is tedious and should not be necessary, with the risk of the game getting shut down if I don’t retake the questionnaire in 3 days. This could be a serious problem if I am traveling and cannot check my messages for a few days.
This is an example of a questionnaire that got flagged:
And here is the so called “blood” they were referring to:
The takedown process for questionnaires seems to overly sensitive and very nitpicky. There is no blood in this game and no “splatter” on the screen, it is just a red screen. Even after I changed the death screen to have a black screen, the questionnaire continues to get incorrectly flagged.

This is unacceptable and I should not have to constantly monitor my messages to see if a game’s questionnaire gets incorrectly flagged especially after making the required changes.
Expected behavior
I expect the takedown process for questionnaires to not be overly sensitive and to not receive further takedowns that are incorrect after I have updated the game and retook the questionnaire and made the required changes.
