So, I have a question, if I made a game where you basically play poker would that be allowed?
Now obviously I wouldn’t include any Gamepasses or DevProducts as that would blatantly break ToS, but my real question is would it be allowed if it was completely F2P?
I’m not exactly sure, but I can give you my best guess. I don’t think there’s a problem in having a luck based feature for in game currency or rewards since many games have spin wheels etc. Therefore, there shouldn’t be a problem in a whole game revolving around that.
if its f2p, sure.
if youre adding gamepasses. for ex. higher chances for someone to win. then it would count as gambling.
