Quick Action icons are too large on new UI update

Reproduction Steps

Enable the new UI behind whatever FFlag its locked behind (i dont actually know), open a new file, notice how the new icons are too large for the RibbonBar

Expected Behavior

The quick action icons are rendered as 16x16 icons resulting in a clean ribbon layout

Actual Behavior

The icons are rendered as 32x32 resulting in inconsistent ribbon bar scaling

This happened to me before, but I fixed it by doing this:

  • Select studio on your desktop.

  • Press Alt+Enter.

  • Click on the compatibility section, then click ā€œChange High DPI settingsā€.

  • Check this box, then click okay:

  • Click Apply.

  • Restart studio.

I have seen these steps listed on another post, but I cannot find where. I believe that this fixes the issue until studio updates.
