OP says that all the assets were made by him. If he’s going to use assets from the toolbox he needs to say that because people are going to assume that he made everything.
Using a skybox from the toolbox is not a big deal. Many front page games have used it and most developers I meet have used them. It’s not like its a model he is using everywhere, its just a skybox.

Yes, it doesn’t. It looks cloudy and dirty. But if you’re talking about the general shape i think that’s because I used the rock terrain before painting it with water.
The reason why the water looks strange is because the river bed is the same material as the rest of the terrain, try mixing in some sand or stone in there.
That’s correct as well. Using the grow tool right where the water and terrain meets should fix the triangle problem.
