i saw a lot of r15 characters having smooth elbows and knees like in the image attached. how would i achieve this?

The body Parts are Meshes that can be ‘bent’. They use a frame (they call the sections bones) and the mesh will stretch and shrink to keep their shape.
There are a lot of animal games that use Mesh Deformation to get realistic movement of their animals with no joints showing.
