R$20000 for Brick Vehicle Developers

R$ = Robux
DISCLAIMER: the following information in regard to our “state” (group) project was inspired by other states that are already established and are constructed off of real-life systems and operations; simulating real-life law enforcement (and more) is the ultimate goal, inspired, supported, and influenced by and from the success and establishment of other states (in no way is it our intention[s] to replicating other established groups).

TL;DR provided at the bottom of the post.

Hey, everyone!

My friend and I are currently in the process of putting together a new state (group). This group’s purpose is to provide a realistic, role-play law enforcement, paramedic and fire, and general government-established state game-play and experience. Along with law enforcement, paramedic and fire, and more, the state will have a court system, a Congress, and more.

In the state, there will be a sheriff’s department, a state patrol, a fire department which will consist of a fire fighting force and paramedics, tow truck services, taxi services, a Department of Homeland Security with division-separated personnel, and more. In order to have fully functioning law enforcement and care-taking, work forces, vehicles are, without a doubt, required.

The founder of the state (Mythric) is requesting the construction of EIGHT non-mesh, modern, realistic law enforcement vehicles. He is searching for brick-made vehicles with chassis, light bars, sirens, and more (all information is provided below):

State Patrol Vehicles:

  • Crown Victoria
  • 2017 Dodge Charger
  • Supervisor Tahoe

Sheriff’s Department:

  • Crown Victoria
  • 2017 Dodge Charger
  • Supervisor Tahoe

Fire Department:

  • Pumper Truck
  • Fire Department Supervisor Tahoe
  • Ambulance
  • EMS Supervisor Tahoe
EMS Supervisor Tahoe will have all blue lights.

Department of Homeland Security:

  • Unmarked, black 2017 Dodge Charger
  • Unmarked, black Supervisor Tahoe

Intelligence Agency:

  • Unmarked, black 2017 Dodge Charger
  • Unmarked, black Supervisor Tahoe

Armed Forces:

  • Humvee
    Any basic military humvee.

Department of Transportation:

  • Tow Flatbed
Can tow all vehicles with a GUI controlled winch.
(picture will be provided through Discord)
  • Crown Victoria
  • Supervisor Tahoe

Civilian Vehicles:

  • Crown Victoria
  • 2017 Dodge Charger
  • Tahoe
  • 2017 Nissan GTR

In total, there will be, again, EIGHT total vehicles (out of all of the vehicles provided above). The eight primary vehicles that need to be developed are:

  • 2017 Dodge Charger
  • Supervisor Tahoe
  • Crown Victoria
  • Fire Department Pumper Truck
  • Ambulance
  • 2017 Nissan GTR
  • Armed Forces Humvee
  • Tow Flatbed

All of the above eight vehicles will be used for each department with different coloring and decals.

More information provided to me from the founder of the state is as follows:

All law enforcement/emergency vehicles need to have a GUI for lights, which can also be controlled with keyboard hotkeys. There will be 3 siren types; wail, yelp, priority (for law enforcement). For pumper truck use just Q2B siren, for the ambulance just a typical ambulance sound. Give the light bars 3 patterns with 3 buttons, 1, 2, and 3. First one activates lights in the back of the light bar, but none in the front. Second one activates all lights but goes fairly slowly, third one activates all lights and flashes fast. There must also be a directional bar under the light bar, or in the back of a window on the vehicle, controlled by a GUI with 3 buttons called “<” “-” “>”, first one flashes from the right to left, second one flashes from the middle to the end with both sides, third one flashes from left to right. Also make light bar hotkeys, T activates the 1 light bar pattern, Y activates the 2nd pattern, U activates 3rd pattern. J activates first siren, K activates 2nd siren, L activates third. Along with hotkeys for emergency lights and sirens, the vehicle will have headlights, the ability to park the vehicle, and more, with hotkeys linked. Use your own chassis, but make it so when you enter the vehicle the engine sounds modern and can only be heard from 20 studs or so away, not across the entire map. Also make it so any GUIs that show up disappear besides speed which should be on the bottom of the screen.

Whoever is interested, please contact me on Discord as soon as possible (we need vehicles ASAP). Further information and discussion will take place in a chat room with myself, the founder, and the developer in order to discuss development plans, payment, and more.

Feel free to message me on the devForum for more general information. If interested, please add me on Discord for thorough, in-depth organization, planning, and discussion.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and we hope to hear from you soon.

TL;DR: we need EIGHT realistic, brick-made, law enforcement vehicles developed for a state for law enforcement departments, a fire department, a homeland security department, and a transportation department with hotkeys, sirens, light bars, and more as soon as possible. If interested, add me on Discord above for more discussion.

20k total? Or each?

The founder is looking to spend R$20000 total. A majority of the vehicles are simple builds (nothing too over-drastically detailed).

20k for all of this is way to low.

You’d be lucky if you get 20k per.

You aren’t asking for just the cars to be built, you want eight cars, built, scripted, etc. for just 20k.

Oh please, the scripting part is easy, just copy and paste them for each car.
And as a builder myself, I know what cars your talking about and the style you want them done barely qualifies for 1k robux per car model.

So I think 20k robux in total is a fair price.

As a person who used to own a Police Department, What they are wanting, isn’t exactly “easy”, it involves a bit more than just scripting a basic car chassis.

20k is far to low for eight cars fully scripted.

20k for such a large feature in the game is not reasonable unless you expect someone to use a chassis they find in free models. 20k is about $60, which means you are paying someone $10 for 6 hours of work. So you expect each car body to be made in under an hour, which is either an unreasonable pay, time limit, or both.

May I add in 20k for 8 realistic brick vehicles
How are you going to deal with lag?
Do you have the patience to wait for 8 Detailed vehicles by brick?

Mesh is the way to go when you want something detailed.

Point proven: People willing to work for this price will produce lower quality cars.

Hm…

I think that’s a dangerous assumption to make there. Even if you just copy the mechanics over, the initial system still needs writing unless you want barebones vehicleseat+hinge performance.
