R6 characters with PlatformStand enabled don't collide correctly with Wedges and CornerWedges

Issue Type: Other
Impact: Low
Frequency: Sometimes
Date First Experienced: 2021-04-01 00:04:00 (-04:00)
Date Last Experienced: 2021-04-04 00:04:00 (-04:00)

Reproduction Steps:
I haven’t been able to reproduce this bug in studio, only live servers. Here’s a minimal place I made for reproducing this bug. I’ve only had this bug on windows 10, haven’t tried any other platform.
Use the provided tool to toggle the platformstand state and fall on/in the wedges. Ones colored red have their slanted faces upward and have this issue most reliably, yellow has it rarely with the left or right face upward with some tilt, and green I’ve never experienced this issue with the back and bottom faces upward.

Expected Behavior:
R6 torsos should collide with wedges the same way any other part would regardless of the character’s platformstand state.

Actual Behavior:
The torso will fall through the surface but the head will collide normally.

Workaround:
R15 characters don’t seem affected.

I have also run into this with my games. It’s definitely a recent regression, as this has been functioning properly for over four years until relatively recently.

There’s sadly no workaround - it just breaks. Sometimes it can even push the player under the wedge and get them completely stuck.

Hello. We’ve been unable to reproduce this. We’ve tried both newly made places and the one you’ve attached. Does it still occur on your side? Thanks!

The image says it all.

This may or not been fixed in another update. Choudn’t replicate the issue both on Client and Studio.

I can’t reproduce it anymore and I haven’t heard any issues about it from other players in a few days either.

Thanks for checking! Please feel free to bump this topic should the issue reoccur, or if this thread closes in the meantime, please create a new topic for us to look into.
