Ragdoll collisions mess up everytime something happens

The title doesn’t really explain a lot, so i’ll just show off a few screenshots:

As you can see, the ragdoll collisions randomly change after the character goes from alive to dead and dead to body. I have no idea what is causing this, and i haven’t seen it happen in other games (like Blood Engine). No, the collision property does not get updated in any of the limbs once the character turns into a body or dies.

Any help is appreciated.
