Ragdoll physics?

I have a rigged mesh and I was wondering if there was some way to enable some kind of ragdoll physics on this rigged mesh. I’m assuming the answer is probably no, but it would be interesting if there was.

It’s possible to apply any type of physics on any Assembly (parts connected through constraints)
So, it’d be no different with rigged meshes.

It’s pretty much how you would apply ragdoll physics to any assembly.
I’m not sure what rigged meshes are (im guessing meshes you just rigged), or what exactly you want to apply ragdoll physics to, but this guy had a pretty good visual on applying the constraints only to a realistic figure.
