Rails Unlimited - Transparency

This topic was formerly the beginner guide pre-release of the Remastered Project.

Rails Unlimited is no longer what it used to be, and that is not a good thing. I was kicked out of my own franchise during the middle of Ramadan 2020 (May). Before you ask, yes, this heavily and negatively affected me during my religious month. Since then, I have only logged onto Roblox two times. All other social media of mine has been destroyed.

Back in February of the same year, I handed ownership to my Lead Programmer, solely for hiatus reasons.

• Why the hiatus?

During that month, I went on yet another break from social media and Roblox for two days, due to toxicity in what is called, ‘the Roblox train community’ — the word ‘community’ does not deserve to be in that title, and you will see why in a bit. Keep reading below, reading is good for you!

The toxicity that month was unintentionally started by me, as I got carried away when asimo3098 (or 3089 — I forgot which way the numbers go) visited my game, bringing widespread positive reception along the way. After most of the toxicity itself blew over, I made a new approach, differing from the several past incidents that were started by me. This approach was writing a public apology letter on Google Docs, apologizing to whoever I offended or wronged. In the past when stuff like this typically happened, it mostly just simmered away on its own. I was hoping this time, my old ways would be changed for good.

Fast-forwarding to April of the same year, things started falling apart. My own staff team started to rebel against me being the owner of the game, and to add even more onto it, there was a ton of toxicity and brutal harassment coming from Twitter, via other Roblox users, and even developers who are on this forum as we speak. Later, one of the staff members, who is actually the current owner of a competitor game with the initials, ‘TR’, as well as owning his own creation, wrote a sickening letter to me via Google Docs saying he and the others did not want me to return from my hiatus. I asked Coasterteam, who was still taking my place during my hiatus, to disregard the letter and hand ownership back to me. He kept saying, “I know,” but he never got around to it.

That following May, the final blow struck down. I was driven out of my group and game. My staff used psychology as a weapon (because they know how vulnerable I am to that — plus, I see several psychologists to this day), and so I hit the ‘Leave Group’ button in light of it. As my retaliation to the inhumane and cowardly action these people did to me for their own entertainment, I requested to CS that my content be removed from Roblox entirely, including the game itself.

• Why did I want to pull my content?

If I cannot get properly paid for my services and my work, then nobody else should, especially if they are using it for bad intentions and trying to cover up the mess they made in the process. I tried making this clear to them myself, but as usual, they did not listen one bit.

When news got around about the proposed takedown, the game’s Map Developer, who is extremely unprofessional on his Twitter, and even includes offensive jokes to certain groups on it, started threatening to leak personal information publicly if it went through. He ended up doing it anyway, putting me at high risk by breaching my privacy and putting it out there in our community and beyond. That only further proves my point of him being unprofessional. His excuse was, “People were going to find out,” as recorded on a message he sent in a private Discord group chat. If that is his logic, then I guess he thinks posting a full legal name, followed by a full valid address, including PoB’s, CC’s, and PN’s, solely out of immaturity and over a kids’ game, is professional and just. NEWS FLASH, it is not!

Obviously, the takedown failed, because Roblox CS is completely oblivious to the fact that I do in fact, own the assets in the game, and several endorsements by Roblox prove it (Developer Medium article, retweets, etc.), but also because the game it still up, but heavily broken. The most I could do was archive my sounds, meshes, and textures, as a response to the ‘coup’. The current staff is in progress of recovering the missing content, but it will not be as unique as the old ones, because unlike them, my creativity spikes 24/7, with unique sci-fi trains and other original creations.

• So what am I doing now, and what are my final thoughts?

I now work for Shipt as my new part-time job, since my staff and developers got extremely money-hungry over the past 365 days, thinking that kicking me out would give them more of the cut. This then launches a conspiracy theory — all of this was planned ahead of time, presumably a year prior. Because my game was the leader in the train genre for Roblox, it ultimately took over the rivaling game that reigned superiority before my game existed. The latter was left on the dust, so the current owner wanted it to reclaim its superiority like ore-2017 days (February 14, 2017 was when my game was founded), so in order to do that, he had to work with one of my close friends / developers (now ex-friend and immature and greedy Map Developer) to make a convoluted, yet careful plan to throw me out.

Although any conspiracy theories out there may not be true, these people still succeeded. Their greediness drove them up the wall and embedded poor choice motives in their lives. They will forever be haunted by their actions, but they just do not know it or have experienced it yet. Karma exists for a reason, and it eventually strikes, so do not be surprised if bad things start happening to my game or other games that were involved.

The overall takeaway of this thread is that it is a warning to my fans and players who stumbled across this, in hopes of finding general information. Those who enjoy my game, please stop playing it. By playing it, you are supporting toxicity, hate, and bad money management (greed, espionage, etc.). I highly recommend you play another Roblox train game, or you can wait until next year, when yours truly releases the next step, codenamed as ‘Project Scorch’.

I will not log onto Roblox for a long time. This will be my last thread on here for a while, excluding changes to existing threads regarding my game. I guess this is goodbye. I am going off the radar for who knows how long. I will also not explicitly name those who caused problems, but you can easily find them on your own without looking too hard.
