I do believe this is due to some sneaky bot by the uploader but it’s hard to tell without public favorites
Idk where else to report this issue but I’ve never seen favorite botting on this scale if it is the case, there’s a few other i’ve just found below, this one is way more obvious
I’ve figured out how this was achieved a little while ago. They have an onslaught of obby games that spam the user with requests to favorite these items. Obviously, players just want to click off these pop-ups so most times they’ll just press “Yes” and forget about it

It’s unfortunate the item isn’t that good to be favorited so heavily 
bland fedora with a rainbow stripe. The idea of having a mass following of younger kids favoriting your item out of annoyance is sad, doesn’t deserve so many favorites
