Raising and lowering basketball hoop

Hello I own a high school basketball league, and I thought it would be cool if the referees could raise and lower the hoops before and after the games. I’ve seen this done before in one game, but I’m not sure how to go about this.

Here is a example of what I want to happen.

You could attach a part to the hoops and rotate the part with tween service.
