I need to get rid of this.
One day I was just playing the game and this came up:
3.I have ran a scan to find a virus that this maybe from but I am still lost on where it came from because the scan came back clean.
This shows up on everyones game but the owner.

Wrong Category, And I would recommend looking at every single model in the workspace.

If you didn’t add it, it is backdoor, check every gui running in the Startergui, it might be a require as well so take a look.

I checked starter GUI/ And what do you mean by required? Sorry I am a bit new to all of this.
This is what is known as a free model virus, it can’t affect your pc but it can affect your place. Check scripts from parts, models, etc.
Edit - is this happening after you walk in a specific area or as soon as you spawn?

Require is a module script running on the localscript client, it’s commonly used on backdoors e.g viruses in your experience.
Things like these won’t show up in a virus scan, as it is just a script creating a gui and putting it in the player’s playergui.

Just as you spawn. The odd thing is no one has worked on the game for days. And it just happened/
I would say delete a whole bunch of scripts to narrow it down to a group of possible scripts it could be, then delete them one by one.

It’s most likely one of the models you used. Check for guis in your models and remove them if you didn’t add them.

You can try finding UI keywords for “gamepass”.

The last time there was a shift ingame was xmas eve. And nothing was there. And no devs did anything past that date. So how would the ui be added? Could if be from a fm that was used along time ago.

Likely, I can assure you it’s one of your models that is incurring this issue of yours.
Check the scripts in the gui, then search the explorer for that script’s name (or gui name).

The scripts in the starter gui? Because in studio the GUI does not pop up
The scripts in the gamepass gui, you can find the gamepass gui in the PlayerGui.
Edit - what I’m trying to say - Search the explorer window for the gamepass gui’s name or the script’s names in the gamepass gui.
