So the render is not bad, but I would recommend doing some work on the font, possibly giving it a 3D effect could go a long way.
Also the render does not fit the background, possibly putting the user in a setting, so it does not feel so empty would improve this greatly.
All in all, I think you are doing great!

Pretty good render, the lighting kinda looks a little “Muddy” in my opinion but it looks fine.
The on;y real issue with this is, the font. I suggest something along the lines of Helvetica. And the Border around the character just doesn’t work well in my opinion. But generally great work!

I like the render, but the background is very out of place.
Perhaps adding a gas station or desert would make this perfect.
