I got an email saying “2FA Has been disabled by Roblox Support” and I made a support ticket, an hour later I got my account back, but then, the next day, I get another of that same email.
I continue chatting with support and they say they cant verify my account when the original email is the one i’m contacting them with, I think this is absurd and I really want my account back (I’ve spent over 10k usd on it)
I cant really provide you with any tips since I’ve never been in this type of situation.
I guess you just gotta keep trying. Make it clear that you don’t like that they keep disabling 2FA maybe (don’t say it in a rude way though or they won’t maybe)
Maybe add this in the email as a last resort just to let them know that you’re a big spender on their website (jk unless you’re running out of time)
Email locking or how it’s called exists and 2FA locking should work too, try contacting support and ask if you can request them to lock 2FA as activated, not sure if this is possible or will work but its worth a shot.
You got hacked by a thing called social-engineering. You have literally lost your account. You have better odds creating a new acc than trying to recover your old one.
The person who now has access to your account has convinced roblox that they are the owner of your account instead of you.
Also, you can just request the bank for a refund for the robux you bought to get the now hacker owned account banned, roblox terminates your account if you request a refund.
