Customer and Non-Staff Ranks:

  1. Valued Customer - Basic rank upon joining.
  2. Honored Member - Reserved for friends of HRs and former management personnel.
  3. Awaiting Trainee - For users applying and passing initial requirements; does not make you a staff member.
    :x: Suspended - For staff members and management abusing their positions.
    RB. Bot(s) - Reserved for accounts that automatically rank users and official alt accounts.

Staff Ranks:

  1. Junior Barista - Entry-level staff rank.
  2. Trained Barista
  3. Experienced Barista

Management Ranks:

  1. Management - Start of the MR rank; for active, hardworking, and professional staff members.
  2. Senior Management

High-Level Ranks:

  1. Shift Manager - Start of the HR department; can host trainings and interviews.
  2. Clothing Designer - Designs clothing and uniforms; does not count as Management. Applications may open periodically.
  3. Developer - Develops games; applications may open periodically.
  4. General Manager
  5. Head Of Staff - In charge of all staff members; can promote, demote, and fire staff.
  6. Head Of Management - In charge of all Management; can promote, demote, and fire management, including HRs.
  7. Chairman - Second in charge of all operations.
  8. Owner - Owner of Benji’s Café. This rank is unobtainable.
