We’re always adding more ranks!

Low Ranks

  • Guest
    Someone that isn’t in the group.

  • Trainee
    A new worker – still awaiting a training.

  • Barista
    A worker that has passed a training hosted by an Executive Assistant+.

  • Experienced Barista
    An experienced Barista – has passed 2 trainings hosted by an Executive Assistant or over.

  • Senior Barista
    A Barista that has passed 3 trainings hosted by an Executive Assistant or over.

Middle Ranks

  • Assistant Supervisor
    A helpful assistant for the Supervision Team. Either pass the applications or be recommended to obtain this rank!

  • Supervision Team
    An official member of the Middle Rank Supervision Team! Earn this rank by being active and helpful as an Assistant Supervisor.

  • Head Supervision
    Head of the Supervision Team. Only ones noticed by a High Rank+ will achieve this role.

  • Executive Assistant
    The highest Middle Rank – the Executive’s assistant! Picked by the Executive themself.

High Ranks

  • Executive
    The Executive! The lowest High Rank. Only the very experienced will achieve this rank.

  • Operations Manager
    The one in charge of the operations: events, etc. Picked by the Board of Directors.

  • Head of Departments
    One of the highest High ranks! Also picked by the Board of Directors – show your skill as an Operations Manager to be promoted to HoD!

  • General Manager
    The highest High Rank. A General Manager has the power to host events, trainings, supervise, and a lot more.

Board of Directors

  • Chief Executive Officer
    This CEO, the highest obtainable rank in all of Mocha.

  • Chairperson
    The founder of Mocha.
