If the textures had a higher resolution (might not be possible within the confines of Roblox) and everything did not have shading like plastic, then this would look convincing. Are you using the new PBR materials? You should get into them if you can.

The floor’s resolution doesn’t look realistic.

The surface detail looks epic! The only thing I can suggest is to supply the tiles and rubble with an alternate roughness and metalness map. If you look really closely at the tile, the blemished spots don’t have much of a difference in reflection as the rest of the surface. I notice the normal map, but the edges are so sharp the light falls into the black! If you softened the edges of the normal, and brightened the roughness/metalness, it should really pop! Edit: While there is a limit to texture resolution, using all 3 extra surface detail maps, normals, metalness, and roughness, can make any low resolution colormap texture look amazing! (As long as they’re high enough resolution to help bend the light smoothly. Or even at low resolution, you can make it all compliment the texture!)

Looks awesome! Love your use of lights.

It resembles a game from 2010. You may want to increase texture resolution if you can and enable shadows. It helps at least a little.
Other than that, it looks pretty decent, and it is definitely better than whatever I could make.
