NOTES
The game was long overdue for an update, so it was about time I got around to getting this done! Just to make this clear if the fact that we’re updating in the first place didn’t make it obvious, but we’ve never gone anywhere! RBLXWare has not been our top priority for many years now as we’ve of course moved onto new games, but I never stated that the game was discontinued. Events were discontinued, but not regular updates!
With that out of the way, I’d also like to say that going forward I’ll be bringing a bi-monthly update schedule to the game! Those updates will be of a similar size to this one, but it’s basically to just make sure we aren’t totally leaving our other games in the dust. For a bit of documentation on the update, feel free to check below:

Lighting Update
To briefly describe what’s new with the lighting, Roblox has just gone through with the final steps of removing the Compatibility lighting technology which is what RBLXWare has been using for many years, as I’ve never made the switch to the Future is Bright like how I did on both Battleboards and Defend The Train. Due to this removal, I figured it was time to give the lighting a bit of a makeover!
The game now uses ShadowMap like all of our other games. The daytime lighting shouldn’t feel too different from before, but I’ve gone ahead and adjusted any lights on maps that had them to make sure they were compatible, as if any of you had played in the past 24 hours you may have noticed areas like the lobby being way too bright. Outside of just making things compatible, I’ve gone ahead and added a distance blur effect (which can be turned off in settings) and I have also added an automatic time cycle. Every 2 games, the time will advance forward. It goes from Day > Evening > Night > Sunrise!
Previously the extra time settings were only available in VIP servers, so now that it’s a regular feature it’s important that each map works on each time setting, so if there’s any maps that appear way too dark and could use some extra lights, let us know!
New Special Round
This special round is a simple cosmetic one that as the name implies, will rescale all players every respawn to either be tiny or huge. Things will start out pretty tame in the first few rounds, but as the game progresses players will be able to get crazier and crazier heights!
The minigame restrictions for this one essentially boil down to not allowing any of the obby minigames where platforming is important, as they may become impossible for small or big players. Any minigames with very small maps are also restricted. This special is fully supported in stacked and mixed rounds!
